Hi Mrshappyme, I have this and sometimes I also have stings in my nerves. It does sound like nerve endings, mine is due to neurological problems. Not sure a prolapsed bladder would cause it, best to ask your doctor. Hope you find answers, all the best.Suzie

thanks for your reply im going up to see my doctor tomorrow .

Your bladder would not cause this. There are a wide variety of ailments that can cause this. I noticed you have COPD, that is one thing that can cause it. But not limited to it. See your doctor as it can be a sign of an inflammatory disease. But also other things..

I get that feeling in my left labial area, it comes and goes. I do know, for me, that it is from my hip. It is extremely tight and it affects a nerve in the area. I also have a hypertonic pelvic floor.

It is when the pelvic floor muscles are too tense and can't relax. Doctor figures it is mostly due to four difficult vaginal births.

Yes, like sitting too close to the fire and having an ember land on you.

Yes I have that, since I injured my pelvic area. It was mainly around the pelvis that I got the tingly prickly feelings, but now I get it on my head, and on my arms.

No the drs have been rubbish! I think it's my veins too, as well as nerve endings. It's such a horrible sensation though. Xxx

Yeah, the drs have tried three times, to prescribe me antidepressants. Blaming it on anxiety. It's so frustrating! My anxiety has got worse but only because the drs don't listen and fob me off! But my body was fine until I injured myself, and it's not been the same since. It's hard to be heard and taken seriously by gp's.
