Lower left pelvic pain comes every 5 seconds, anyone help?

This started today and is a stabbing like pain every 5 seconds, making me feel a bit nauseous. Pain radiates up into my left chest sometimes. I’ve had abdominal surgery 4 years ago, but have never experienced this stabbing pain. It came on after I did exercise at 2 pm today. Anyone experienced this or have any idea what it is? Painkillers don’t seem to shift it, or hot water bottle.
