Have you been checked for prolapse ? Could be adhesions which are common after surgery, ligament pain, the list of possible causes is pretty long 😕

Good luck but don't expect any clear answers, sadly a lot of pelvic pain is unexplained, been there and got the t shirt !

Possibly adhesions, these can occur after any surgical procedure and can cause severe pain.

I have adhesions on Bowel, bladder, abdomen and pelvis mine are pretty severe as I have endured many surgical procedures.

Reading a lot of posts on this site there are many Conditions that have similar symptoms. Try not to self diagnose or you will drive yourself crazy. Hopefully your doctor will be able to find what is causing your pain.

Wishing you good health
