I have had pelvic pain for years. Had all tests done.And came back negative.

Have you had an MRI to look for cysts? I've recently had a diagnosis for a urtheral divertivulum. It has some similar symptoms to endo xx

not an MRI but I’ve had Every other test and no cysts were found

sorry for your frustration I've been there myself it turns out after 1 and 1/2 yrs of seeing my urgyn and being treated like I was only looking for drugs it turns out I have pelvic nerve damage from prevs. surgery's try to find a pelvic pain speclz. I saw dr. Richard marvel in Annapolis md oh by the way nerves do not show up on CT or MRI
