Im having a hard time. I have a great dr on top of my spasms, tingling, burning pain. Its definitely nerve issue.
But one of my symptoms is extreme cramping to the point I want to pass out on top of a chronic dull ache. Nothing helps this pain not ibuprofen or even pain killers. It feels like the worst period cramps. But I dont have a uterus, and nothing helps it. What could it be?
Any thoughts would help.
Thank you

Its been nine months of hell, its not just cramping its a constant ache deep inside. I still have my ovaries. I also get muscle spasms that go up my abdomen which make me push and burning and tingling in my abdomen as well.
Im now seeing a top neurosurgeon had a neurography and i have a nerve trapped in a muscle so I have chronic pain on my left side.
The cramping and ache is however in the middle. Its not always there the cramps but the ache is. The cramps are so deep inside it’s unbelievable.
Considering nerve decompression surgery with Dr Filler in Cali. His MRN showed 3 trapped nerves and one cut one above pubis bone. He is nice and caring.
Saw an ob who thinks maybe a nerve entrapment in my vaginal cuff as cervix is gone. But not confident its this or re-doing cuff will give relief.
I still have ovaries and pain on left side during ovulation.
I cant do anything with out pain, ache so deep inside, cramps and spasms . I just spent a week in the hospital trying to manage it. If i go longer then 6 hours with out pain meds im in agony. I don’t tolerate meds well. Especially nerve and antidepressants. Valium helps a bit with pushing and spams but at like 8 mg which makes me lightheaded and like electric buzzes. Pain meds dull it enough to where im not screaming.
Im a mom and wife who just wants some normalcy. I am never without pain it wakes me. My pelvic feels heavy and achy always. Hysterectomy worst mistake. Pain dr said he can offer meds and stimulation but I reached my block limits they help but not totally and limited. Its beyond pelvic floor as I am told by several drs. pt proved pointless for me.
Im the original post. Can anyone touch on Dr Filler and decompression? He invented ed the nuerography as I was told by another nuero.
Have you seen a pelvic floor physical therapist?also have you tried alternative treatments like I was saying on another post...acupuncture,reiki, chiropractic (they do a lot more things to help than just ajustments)CBD oils, medical marijuana?
Sometimes it gets worse before it gets better. Have they also explored other sources of pain such as painful bladder syndrome (interstitial cystitis which isn’t caused by an infection). I know you said you had a trapped nerve as well but burning type pain is what I have with interstitial cystitis.
Hi. I am new here and like you I had a hysterectomy and kept my ovaries and fallopian tubes. I now suffer from adhesions that have glued all my insides together. My right fallopian tube is embedded into my bowel. The pain I get is worse at ovulation and menstruation. I also have cysts that erupt and bleed. Cramps are so painful as is nerve pain and spasms. My fallopian tubes are also filled with fluid and I now have pelvic inflammatory disease. I am wondering if you are experiencing pain from scar tissue. This happened because I had to be cut open for my hysterectomy due to having adenymois. If this is the case they can only diagnose it by giving you a laparoscopy. I am now told having more surgery will be risky and I could end up worse off. They tried to give me hormones to shut down my ovaries but I have multiple adverse reactions to tons of stuff. But for the 3 weeks I did try the tablets my pain was reduced immensely. I am near menopause and am trying to hold onto my ovaries so they shut down naturally. They help after menopause to protect you from brittle bones and heart problems. But I too am in so much pain every month and don't know how long I can suffer like this. I do hope I have helped you with this information and maybe you can now get the help you need. Best wishes.
I had hysterectomy 6 months ago and still have right low abdo pain like bad period pains and it gets worse the longer I stay upright.
Have you tried lying down with your bottom on a cushion or 2 as I find that relieves the pain to only mild from bad. It feels like really bad internal cramps then eases to a throb once I am slightly upside down.
Also some massage of the painful abdo area can help while lying down.
I also had tubes and ovaries removed so it cannot be them causing the pain.
Waiting to be seen in pain clinic but it takes over 6 months to get an appointment from the date of referral
