Hi can anybody tell me if they get like they are getting like electric shock going through the flat part of their heel, this is just a new pain and I have been up all night with it Janebee

Hi yes I had it in the past it is a recognised condition carnt remember it's name . Make a doctors appointment today .dont worry 🤗

Possibly could be planter fasciitis

If so you’ll need to see a foot specialist for how to’s

Ie. calf stretches, cortisone injections, frozen water bottle rolling of the foot and possible orthotics so the pain ideally goes away. If it is this problem it is truly annoying. Don’t wait thinking it will go away on its own. It is an extremely! common problem and once you start to manage it, it could be just fine quite quickly. If you let it go and it is Planter fasciitis, it only gets worse and takes much longer to put “Jeanie back in the pain bottle”

if you can find an acupuncturist or an accupressurist....when I had these pains in my feet they gave me acupressure points and they went away (sorry I can't remember which ones),if it doesn't go away then go to the dr.'s but they will only give you drugs that I found useless again i'm no dr. but the meds they gave me made me very ill good luck

Hi pizon thanks so much for your reply and advice I was up the whole night with it and I thought Oh no not another pain to cope with along with pelvic pain
