Hello everyone I would just like to let you know that I have been suffering with pain in my testicles, penis, hard flaccid, lumpy semen, chronic prostatitis, pudendal neuralgia, no sex drive, erectile disfunction, bladder disfunction for over 3 years now. With lots and lots of hard work and dedication I would say I am at about 90 percent of where I want to be. All of my symptoms have disappeared or certainly lessoned, I get abit of penis pain every now and then but that’s it. I’m back to playing sports, the gym, having sex. You name it. I’ve spent night after night contemplating ending my life and not wanting to be here. I couldn’t leave the house because any wind or cold would make my penis shrivel and cause this pain that I can not describe, Also when exercising the same. I thought for 3 years my life was over and this was it for me but I’m telling you now it is not. You have the power to change that, you and only you. Everyone’s symptoms are different but I believe no matter what name the doctors try to fob it off with I personally believe it all leads back to the fascial system and your lifestyle choices. I no longer smoke or drink alcohol or coffee. They are just a couple of the things that I have had to sacrifice along the way. My number one piece of advise to anyone reading this would be to get yourself a myofascial physiotherapist. John F Barnes trained. My physio has completely changed my life and has given me it back. I have lots of herbs and organic natural medications I take that have also helped me defeat all of these problems. I am more than happy to share them with you. The herbs are more for the men’s side of it regarding the penis problems.

Please don’t hesitate to get in contact if you need any help, I know how low this can make you feel. I did not have any perineum pain but I’m telling you for a fact that everything down there is all linked. I would hate for someone to put you off trying something that can save your life, numerous doctors told me to save my money and do not have my treatments. How wrong they were, they were happy throwing morphine, tramadol, olanzapine, fluoxetine and amitriptiline down my throat. The urologist signed me off saying I will live with this problem for the rest of my life. Learn about fascia in your body. YouTube John F Barnes and find a trained expert who is trained in his techniques and I can only hope you will get half the relief I have.
