Hip pain for seven years

Hi I have been suffering from the right pelvic bone for about 7 years now. I have been to various docters, did the cat, MRi scans and diagnosed with osteo arthritis. Pain killers and other inflamatories don't help much, when in serious pain I take steroids which makes it better. Aslo alternative medicine in a form of devils cl

Thanks for the respond. I was diagnosed by drs in both South Africa and recently in France where I am a resident. Dr has prescribed ART50 which gives me bit of relief on my knee but has no impact on the back or hip. He has indicated that I should see him after holidays for injection in hospital directly to to hip which he believes will bring some relieve. The knee is mostly painful when climbing the stairs and the hip when I am bending or walked for long periods.

I had porcelain hip replacement which removed all right hip pain and a partial knee replacement which on walking I still have pain,swelling and inflammation. Surgeon wants to re operate to stretch knee ligaments but feel after the searing post opp knee pain I could not stand any more invasive procedures.
