I'm 19 and I'm experiencing the same pain as most of you. I've been to a few doctors had numerous ultrasounds and they found a 8x8 centimetre cyst on one of my ovaries, I went back and had another ultrasound a week or so later and it was gone. This was a little over a year ago. Same as some people if I'm watching tv and something sexual comes on I get pain in my ovary area and also feels like in my anus aswell. Sometimes it's so excruciating I get dizzy and can't bare to lay on my front or back, so I just curl up in a ball and cry till the pain eventually eases. Sometimes it lasts on and off for the whole day and this has been happening for a few years now, probably since I was 17. I even wake up during a sexual dream in pain or just kissing my partner. But when we very rarely have sex I try not to enjoy it because my orgasms make it a lot worse. I've never had sex with a male as I am gay so it's nothing to do with male genitals at all. I'm also wheat intolerant and thought it could be something to do with that but apparently it's not. My mind is going crazy all the things I'm thinking ect, cervical cancer, endometriosis, or maybe just muscle spasms. I just want it to stop so I can enjoy my sexual life and even just my normal life. It's very frustrating when no doctor has an explanation. I thought I would be the only one going through this like I'm abnormal but obviously it's a common thing just no explanations. P.s I did go and see a naturopath and got given some all natural muscular tissue salts (muscle relaxant) and took them before sex, they made the pain more dull and helped a little bit but didn't fully wipe the pain. Hope this might help some of you.

Abdominal, ovary and anus pain. :(
Hi sounds like its a muscular problem more than anything else. Your muscles are going into spasm. Go to your dr and ask for some muscle relaxant meds baclofen works for me. Best of luck jx
I would request an ultrasound scan annually to monitor any cyst in the ovary as it's been a year since the last one.
Thank you and I will consider this.
Hi,
You can read this topic:

I have sharp stabbing pain when I am sexually aroused in laterals of my belly, going to my anus (this is the path of the nerves). It can be caused just by watching a romatic scene (movie) or by watching some sexual thing or when I feel something related to love (without touch).
My diagnosis is endometriosis and adenomyosis. I did a MRI but nothing was detect on my nerves. I have endometriomas, adhesions (fibrosis) and a nodule behind my uterus (all endometriosis).
Arousal pain is surely caused by nerves. It could be inflammation of the nerves (responsible for arousal) or damage, In my case is caused by endometriosis, which is a chronic inflammation.
I noticed that if I have menstruation, during the second week of my menstrual cycle this pain greatly improves (at least 40-50%). Do not know why!
I'll do a laparoscopy next week. I do not know if this pain will ever go away. However I can tell after if the pain was cased by my adhesions - the can compress the nerves and cause pain - or my endometriomas (which will be removed). If the pain remains, then neither was the cause of it.
I went to a pill without estrogen (estrogen always increases the pelvic pain). With a pill without estrogen (progesterone only) this pain has improved a little. My inflammation is by now controlled. I take this pill without stop, so I don't have menstruation.
I sometimes wonder if the cannabis or electrotherapy can help numb the nerves.
I take nortriptyline for the nerve pain in my pelvis and anus and cyclobenzaprine 5 mg before bed a muscle relaxer for the resulting spasms. Massage helps the pain as does walking, magnesium supplement, highbprotein diet, low sugar. Perhaps mention these options to your gp.
