Hi I have chronic neuropathic pain - one of my shoulders intermittently drops down & now I have a 'swelling' from shoulder to side of neck

whilst it comes and goes to some degree it is exacerbating overall pain - ultrasound only showed an enlarged gland but problem persisting........any ideas about shoulder drop / swelling would be really appreciated

hi, 'radial cuff syndrome' excruciating pain that comes and goes,swelling is because the joint is inflamed,freezy spray works well,+ gentle exercise,,don't over-rotate the arm.
