Why I'm having a great pain in my left leg every winter?

Im starting to get a strong pain in my left leg every winter especially in mid night, ten years ago I did a surgery in that leg but now the pain is a so far from the surgery area the surgery area is in the top of leg under the Patella bone but the pain is in middle of the leg especially in the right side , my pain have four stages first stage is betewn 10 and 12 am, the second is betewn 1 and 3am o'clock the pain in second stage is the same but my patience is les and its fell so bad, The third stage betewn 3 and 5 am this stage is so bad i cant anything just sufer, the final stage is betewn the 5 and 7 am its so bad I end up crying because of its soo bad. I told my doc about the condition، He gave me painkillers and said to do these tests, but in the end he told me that I'm all right and that pain Just muscle cramps, but every winter from 2022 iI get that pain even painkillers won't do that much, does any one something about my condition, I'm sufering because of it.
