Right Side Pain

Any advice on right side pain (under my right ribs in my back). Had CT done and ultra sound on Kidney..both came back normal...maybe a deep strain? Had for about 5 months?

have you seen a physio? They might be able to advice on what gentle exercises would help to strengthen the muscles in the right way.

I had right side pain under the rib. It was a bacteria called h pylori.

I don't know if this is a possibility, but I get costochondritis, which is where the cartilage in between and around my ribs becomes inflamed. When it happens on the left side, it feels like it could be a heart attack, because the pain is so bad! But it can occur in any area of the rib cage, so it might be worth googling? I take a lot of meds for other things, but when the pain is really bad, I find something like naproxen or ibuprofen can just take the sharpness off the pain.
