Enlarged pelvic lymph node

Hello everyone. I’m in need of some advice please..

Has anyone received surgery/radiotherapy for an enlarged pelvic lymph node and still been receiving Olaparib along side this?

Hi I've just received radiotherapy for a large pelvic node and the superclavica neck node. The neck node is now dormant and the pelvic one which I had after the radiotherapy is shrinking. I have not been on olaparib.

Radiotherapy was suggested for me while on Olaparib but there were too many sites so they didn’t do it in the end. x

Good to know it’s an option. CT indicates 1 at present.

Hi,I had radiotherapy for an enlarging abdominal lymph node this time last year. I was on rucaparib, but it was discontinued prior to treatment as it was self evident that it had stopped working. The radiotherapy reduced it in size and has 'shut it down' currently. Judith
