Hello,
Very specific question, has anyone had their lymph nodes behind the ear swell as either part of the disease or treatment (I’m on Avastin).
One of mine has been swollen off and on for a couple of weeks, initially thought I’d bumped it or slept oddly but now it’s definitely swollen.
I’ll add it to the list for my oncologist but just thought I’d ask.

Mmmm sometimes get that when I have an ENT infection..are you getting the stuffy nose thing with Avastin? Would be worth mentioning to your team xx

This sounds like something you should talk to your CNS about immediately.
That is usually a sign of infection and needs to be checked out ASAP. Are you running a temperature?

Thanks Laura, i’m Not running a temperature but will talk to someone about it. I don’t seem to have a CSN as she moved areas so will call my doc.

Hi Lias, did you find a solution for this? Mine is the same and also have gotten glasses a few months ago yet I’m unsure to when this bump behind my left ear, on the actual bone, showed up! Feel like I’ve had it for months now!
Yes, it was in fact caused by glasses and eventually burst! 🤢

It was about 3 weeks, I had not connected a new pair of glasses to the issue until it kind of grew a head! yuck I know, i think the glasses had just rubbed and caused a swollen blister. It sorted itself out in a couple of days after it burst. x
