I have a problem between my toes and it makes my toes feel as though my socks are stuck between my toes also my toes felt numb.
My foot fetish Podiatrist says there is a trapped nerve which makes it feel as it does So I’ve been given some in souls with a gel like thing and when I m walking it splays my toes and my tootsies feel so much better . Deep Joy.

I agree with your Podiatrist.....I have had that feeling, together with feeling the insole in my shoe is crumpled up, but when I look it isn't .
Mine is caused by Neuromas in my feet pressing on nerves.

You can have steroid injections to deaden the feeling.
Speak to your rheumatologist & see if he recommends that.
HiHi, I’m not into needles but thank you, I have pain somewhere or other 24/7 due to my collections of illnesses that I have, it may work for some but for me I’m sorry to say, plus I live alone.
It’s a mad world lol.
Mortons Nuroma ? won't get better but if it gets worse its like walking on broken glass and go for the injection. Mine were removed a twice a quick and simple operation and such a relief. The insoles made mine worse and in the end my foot turned so was straightened by more surgery. I took the advice of an orthopedic surgeon as the podatrist I saw was not really helpful. The surgery has given my my life back, as no pain, no special insoles, and normal shoes again. Wish I'd not listened to the podatrist as he gave me years of pain which was not good. But it takes some deterimation around here to say no to a podatrist, and i want to see a surgeon down probably to cost. I wish you luck but the injections actually don't hurt its just a scratch and you can look away.
