I find that I have less feeling in my toes now, some of my toes are miss-shaped and one or two are numb, is this normal with RA? Will they go black with no blood circulation?

RA Toes
Are you Diabetic ? Whatever, you should get your feet checked ASP for circulation problems
Podiatrists are the experts in feet so it would be a good idea to see one. In some areas you can self refer, in others you need to go through your GP. In some areas there is a podiatrist actually working with the GP surgeries. They may be numb for a number of reasons, but it doesn't mean to say that they haven't got circulation and will go black. But the sooner you get to the bottom of it, the better.
I havehad RAfor over 20 years, and yes my toes are mis-shaped. I too don’t have some feeling in my big toes or in particular with one foot. My rheumatologist sent me for tests but I’m afraid it was just parr for the course for me. Some meds are better than others but it doesnt stop me living day to day. Speak to your rheumatology team. If you don’t have an upcoming appointment, why not email them and they can arrange for you to be checked out so you don’t worry
My toes have got swollen or fused joints in them , result or RD .Sometimes feeling is less in them but not always.
Hard skin build up is another bane in my life.
My solutions are reflexology during my pedicure & regular visits to the chiropodist.
As others have said you should get circulatory issues checked asap.
All the best
