However, here I am still on chantix, still smoking. I care for my elderly uncle who also has MS, and also smokes in his house. In the past, I’d quit, feel strong in my quit, and go to the bar and ruin it all.

I haven't posted in a very long time, I am sure there are still people around from my old days.
I kicked, cried and relapsed so many times, more than I can count really.
Finally, after many attempts, I stopped smoking in 2015 just before my 40th birthday. It was tough, but with champix and this forum
2 years since I quit!🤩
Well it’s just over 2 years since I last smoked & am so relieved I decided to do it after over 50 years.
Had to rely on Champix to support me but it was worth it.
So to those just starting out please stick with it - there is light at the end of the tunnel.!
