Today marks my one year anniversary for quitting smoking. After smoking for forty years I never thought I would make it this far. It took a lot of strength and determination to get here. I want to say thank you for the support I received from this group.

Great work Reader2019. This milestone is a beauty. 1 year is a big achievement and lots of hard work controlling the mind. I only stayed smoking for 46 years!!!! So I do know what you have been going through. I just bought a shed with some of the money I have saved from the fags. Well ordered & paid for it so when it arrives it will be another positive From quitting. Best of luck
