Still stopped

Reached double figures in days and doing ok but it's the hardest in the morning! My ciggie brain says we're up and now we smoke, I realise this is years of conditioning but I find it's like a 2 hour craving.i feel stronger as the day goes on and by bedtime I'm not even missing fags! Is the morning the toughest time for newly quitters??
