Sitting out side on this beautiful morning with my coffee, then off yo work, but mornings and walk home from work are at times a struggle, like this morning. I could so smoke this morning,

But got back up lozenge, so for me that's ok

Will be glad to set off for work

I find that in the evenings. Sitting in the garden when it's nice and warm is when I miss it the most. Trouble is that one is the garden is also joined by the hundreds that come with it. There is no such thing as just one I'm afraid.

Same for me Levs the evening "relaxation" ones are the hardest to go without. I don't mind the mornings Tracey3 ....even found recently that I can go as far as lunch time before the thought of the whole smoking thing pops into my head.

It's strange how it affects us all at different times. I suppose we just hanker for the ones that we enjoyed the most.

I've got another trigger point to get over today.

You'll be OK....Have a good weekend!

I just had it this morning, had lovely toasted batch bread with butter and jam and a latte, only drank half of it as got the craving....
