60 days and still on track

Hi. I am proud to say that 60 days ago I had my last ever cigarette. I still get the odd craving and remain on my guard, but they are getting fewer in number and weaker in intensity. However, I am determined not to be complacent. I gave up for almost 3 years 20 years ago and succumbed to the habit in a moment of weakness. But this time it's different. I am focused on what I am gaining rather than what I am denying myself and I have the support of some great people who are on the same journey as me.

Keep going, stay strong and you will succeed.

You should be very proud! Congratulations. I'm 5 months, 2 weeks in, I still dream I light up. Weird, I will wake up feeling guilty. Treat yourself to something nice, you deserve it!😊

I had a smoking dream the other night too, it was horrible :-( I was so relieved when I woke up! Well done for 5 and a half months by the way :-)
