Am now 20 days smoke free on Champix - still having really poor nights sleep but am determined to get there as I have smoked for 50 years & am now 70 so decided it was about time I grew up - want to be around for my 3 grand children the youngest being 14 weeks. It’s never too late to try!!

Hi Anna, I'm in my 7th week of not smoking. Also still having restless nights. I just keep telling myself that it will get better. Hang in there.

Very well done. Yes the sleepless nights and weird dreams unfortunately are a side effect but they do pass. You’re already 20 days in so that’s great. Just be patient. The sleepless nights along with nausea eventually go. I stuck with Champix for 12 weeks. Am now a very happy non smoker. 👍🏼👍🏼
