Vaping??

I know not everyone agrees with it but I’m going to try and quit again with vaping. I had a horrid time of champix in the end so I’m going to try this. Any thoughts from anyone?

Hi Stacy, I am struggling along on Patches plus but my other half was using Champix and it was not helping. So like you he has gone on to Vaping as from Monday. We had both signed up to Quit 4 Life so he went to the chemist to confess and they got him to blow in the Carbon Monoxide machine. His reading last week was 25, after 3 days vaping it was 0 so they have said as far as they are concerned they will continue to support him even on vapes. Just thought I would share this with you.

Oh thanks Mo that's really encouraging. Are you tempted to try the vaping? You sound like you re doing well regardless, good on you x

Worked for me Stacey! I vaped for about 6 months then weaned myself off them. I’ve been off cigs for almost 3 1/2 years now, off the vapes for nearly three years. It was a good crutch when I needed it.

As long as is nicotine free and for a short period of time , I don’t see why not 👍
