Well done. Stay determined! Always remember that those cravings that creep up announced do simply pass by. Try to breathe through those moments and you will see that the craving simply dissolves.

If you can do some exercise that would be great. Yoga and running and swimming and this forum have really kept me in check.💕🦋

Yes, water and exercise help a great deal. And having something to take your mind off the cravings when they hit. Best of luck.

Good to hear from you birdseatbugs and that you are back on the horse, well done 👏👍

Stay close to us and keep busy, drink plenty of water, lots of fresh fruit and vegetables and bit of a walk daily to clear the head. Re-read the pinned posts again for tips and advice.

How is day 2 going for you?

Hang in there and take it one day at a time im 3 weeks smoke free today, and I still get the cravings but just remind myself it's false belief It makes stress and anxiety and cravings worse not better, or I remember how bad I felt when I caved on other quits or just come on here or Talk to my mum Who is 4 years quit cold turkey. Stay strong and stay positive

23 days smoke free some days are harder than others but It is totally worth It, smoke free since te 14th if January. RoisinO1

Hi walking helped me, eating mints, changing from coffee to tea, patches I used but the craving with just be testing out your determination and strength, get strong, and yes as time goes they with go. Take care keep your strength up you will be find and you always have awesome people on this sight to talk to when ever you need too.

thanks all for the replys, it really does help when im going bonkers, i come here and read what is wrote. I've slipped 3x but not letting that stop me, hubby is going to quit also so house will be smoke free.
