This week has been substantially better! I haven't had to chew any nicotine gum and my vape is getting used less and less. I dont seem to fly off the handle as easily and my mood has gotten better. I think it varies from week to week. Being a woman doesn't help this matter 😉. Thank you for the continued support! I'm here if you need me!

Well done Rebeccalong, looks like you are getting closer and closer to throwing the cranky pants away for good!!!!!! Although I noticed you did say being a woman causes issues so maybe when you do wear them it won't be from lack of smoking just being a woman.!!!!!

Rebecca, that's really great news things are improving. Less irritability, vaping, chewing and improved mood WOW. It's such a relief because mood stuff can be so tiring. Congratulations on 9 weeks clean!!
