Day 9.....

Nothing very good to say today. This has been the worst and hardest day of my quit so far. I've spent all day, ALL DAY, obsessing about smoking.

I feel broken, exhausted, yucky, angry, grumpy and crap. It has taken all of my resolve to not smoke today.

Going to bed so I can forget day 9

Onwards and upwards to day 10

Moan over and now feel a very little bit better 😐

Stay strong!

"It's taken all of my resolve..."

But your resolve has held so congratulate yourself for that Andy.

It's good to have a nice MOAN, does you the power of good!

Hang in there Andrewquits . Going to bed early is a good idea. Tomorrow is another day and could be so different. Double figures tomorrow is too good to mess up ;)

Well done for getting through such a bad day - doesn't matter how you do it just so long as you do it so having a moan and an early night are good moves if they help. Onwards to day 10 and hopefully a brighter day!

I think day 9 was my worst day when I quit . It was the day I joined this forum and made the decision to stay quit. The help of the guys that were here back then was what got me through. Coming on here is probably your strongest ally right now.

You can do this.

I remember being surprised at around day 9 how bad the craving was, but the following day was different again, hardly any cravings at all. You are doing so well don't let that nicodemon in.

Andrewquits even now at 8 weeks I still have that odd day which makes me just want to go to bed and wake up feeling better. Being medically retired I can just go with the flow and go to bed. Every day is different. Don't let your mind argue with itself that's the nicotine demon doing his work. Keep up the good work

Cheers,
