Day 86 finely rid of sinus issues, anxiety under control. Still having moments of wanting a smoke, doesn't last as long. Wishing all well in the struggle. The money I saved has bought Christmas.ove reading the stories, I have no other support.

Keep going and be prepared for triggers over Christmas. You have support from all of us on here. There's pretty much always somebody around as we're all in different time zones.
