6 Months and counting

Hello all, Today is day 186 for me. I quit smoking cold turkey. I still think about the struggles of quitting, but it gets easier each and everyday. I wanted to thank all of the past posters to this site. I use it a lot for motivation and a sanity check from time to time. I appreciate each of you, you literally saved my life.

I too stopped cold turkey and heading towards 3 years in September, for me also, this community was my life saver and would have been lost without it as stopping can be a very lonely journey and good to have others going through the same thing sharing experiences and struggles.

Can you just confirm your stop date for accurate milestone badges when you get a chance?

Yes I had moments of panic attack's, times when I felt like someone was standing on my chest and taking my breath away and anxiety about when and if they would ever stop...I am hear to tell you that they absolutely will stop..just breath..big deep breaths and they will pass.
