Huge welcome Andrew and what perfect timing, you are 50 Days Smoke Free today! Congratulations, that is a huge achievement. Your milestone badge is on its way :).
Well done on the stopping the patches, that is also a huge achievement, you appear to be in a good mindset and strong in your quit, keep it up and look forward to reading your progress.
Andrew..Welcome and well done...I hope you kicked your own......s harder than that of the Nicodemon for allowing yourself to smoke again after 13 months and early COPD.
I was so shocked with my diagnoses that I stopped after 38 years and ever since never looked back...Coming up to one year now and really reaping the benefits of being a non smoker to it fullest..It is nice to be classified as an ex....!!
Stay strong and post frequently ...It really helps yourself and all of us...!!
After returning home from work, Just popping my shoes off, and slippers on, to be welcomed with a new member to our family, quite wonderful.
I can with much regret associate with a relapse after over a year, but so pleased your here, indeed with a fifty day quit done and dusted so to speak.
I wish you continued success, please please post and read often, it truly can be inspiring if for what ever reason, we are having one of those days where we feel we are having a bit of a wobble. Just the tonic, to put us straight on the right path again.
Nothing but praise for you, picked yourself back up, and now on the continued road of success.
Big welcome from me. Well done Andrew66
