Hey guys hope everyone is doing well, I'm now 3 weeks and 2 days smoke free, I still think about it but that is far as it goes. There are many benefits I am experiencing but I don't know if anyone else is like this, but I'm warm all the time

Great to read an update from you Emmacamcri , almost at your first big milestone of 1 month, that is great. Keep up that attitude and mindset :) Where are you from, I am from Ireland and since maybe July we have been experiencing very humid weather and has actually gone unnatural from yesterday, last night it was 21 degrees at 4:00 in the morning which is very rare in Ireland!!

You may also be experiencing being warm due to your blood circulation now working properly again from quitting....

Great news Emmacamcri, you're doing really well!

I'm certainly warm today but that's the unseasonable weather! I didn't notice myself heating up at any stage of my quit so can't help you there sorry.

Three whole weeks is wonderful, we all experience different symptoms, and all are normal for you.

Doing great

Well done on your smoke free days and noticing changes which is good.

We are the same weatherwise and I'm in Scotland where it is normally cold - even in summer!
