Finally husband has quit, I am so happy for him as i know the benifits are coming for him and just being free from the addiction is the best!! Although we were supised to give up together more then two years ago better late then never

Great to hear from you Tracey That is fantastic your husband has stopped, took me a year and a half to follow in my hubbies footsteps and remember he was so delighted when I stopped. Hope he is getting on well?

He is hitting day 15, doing well but i remember the struggle in the early journey , i am impressed with him and cant wait to have a smoke free life together

I know how amazing it can be! And how proud you must be of him. My boyfriend has quit as well and is now almost 6 months smoke-free 😄😄 (and he was a heavy smoker too 😶)

He had lapsed a couple of times and is on the quit journey again....day 5 today for him...i am still smoke free with no relapses mostly because i know for me it wouldnt be 'just one' it would be the beginning so with that in my mind i do hope i will be smoke free for the rest of my life.
