OK so a while back I quit smoking for nearly 6 months, it now appears I'm right baclk to my 20 a day habit and am really not finding the will power to quit again.

Thorpey...It is not easy to stay quit once you stopped...Once a nicotine slave always a nicotine slave...it just take that one puff and you are gone....Back to the old ways and because you know the intensity you do not want to go through that hell again...

Try to stop as soon as possible again and remember the NOPE pledge...!

I will :) I have four days off work from tomorrow so I am going to use that time to quit :)

You can do it thorpey11. I’ve read on here posts by people that fell off the wagon, but got back on and managed to quit for good.

Hi thorpey11 Try your very best ! If not ask your doctor to prescribe Chantix .For me it was simply difficult to quit cold turkey So I used Chantix and it was much easier to succeed ..We are all different and we know what’s best ..best of luck ..you can do this ! 💪

Good to hear from you again thorpey11 - sorry to read you haven't succeeded in staying smoke free, please don't feel down, it takes on average 3 attempts to successfully stop smoking for good - it was 3rd time lucky for me - by posting here again, you are actually showing will power and motivation to try again, set your date and stay close to us here as we will help you get through it, learn from your previous attempt and what made you light up again after almost 6 months, look forward to hearing from you again very soon, wishing you strength :)
