Well Happy Friday everyone 😃😃😃 well nearly at my two week mark and feeling so proud.
Gotta admit I do still think about cigs but I can quickly unthink (not a word I know lol) them. It’s mornings and evenings they cross my mind but I’m getting there 💪💪

Hi Herc, oh I’m full of smiles today, I e noticed a difference in my skin too, I do suffer with spots especially on my nose but it appears to be getting a bit better, fingers crossed it’s not just a good day

Hi hun , it was bank holiday last weekend for us. We have just had an amazing downpour with th7nder and lighening, I’m in a little place called Chorley, in Lancashire 😊 it’s still warm though.
I have ever intention of never touching one again, they took my dad x
Thankfully, where I live in the midlands, we are escaping the heavy thundery downpours and lightening - serious dead heat this evening, trying my best not to complain after it being such a long winter

It’s supposed to be warm again tomorrow so I’m happy, I’ll be able to sleep better tonight though 😊
I’m buying a small greenhouse and going to plant foods, toms, Chilli’s, peppers etc, it will certainly keep me busy and away from nasty fags..!!!
