all is well here Jeff! My folks are heading home to SC in the morning, so I'll be around more after tonight. How's nicotine free life?? I work in a Doctors office, and they ask me every Monday if I had a smoke, or if I am nicotine free still....and they celebrate every. single. week. It's amazing! (One of our Dr's is 89!) Anyways, hope you're hanging in there, and crushing those cravings! Have a good evening! ~Heidi~

I'm working on patches still, I did 3 days last week, 2 the week before that.

Tomorrow will be day 1 of 4 minimum this week . So Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday and Friday I will withdrawal again. I may be mistaken but I think I'm more grumpy with the nicotine..guess I'm gonna find out soon enough🚭🔠 Jeff

after day 3, you should be nicotine free? why not grab some nicotine gum to have on hand for the intense cravings, and stay patch free?? the anxiety does suck at times, but, it does get better every day that passes! Good luck, and keep us posted!

very good thank you no more withdrawal sympthoms but started getting really bad cravings... so have to say that having bad withdrawal symptoms was helpful at the start as they were that scary that I was conviced that I will never smoke again but apart from craving every now and then I feel great

Glad to read you are plodding along nicely ewel - the cravings will gradually become less frequent and severe as each day passes - keep in touch when you can
