Hi and welcome Barry!

Congratulations! 9 weeks is a massive achievement.. Are you going cold turkey or using patches or anything?

I'm off them around six weeks and the difference is definitely starting to show! I have so much more energy.

Keep up the positive attitude.. 😀

So true Barry, best decision anyone can make. 9 weeks can feel like 9 hours at times. Then if keeping busy, me myself will forget now would be the time I'd be lighting up. But at 66 days in and 1300+ not smoked I've gone this far I'm going keep on going🚭🔠 Jeff

Don't you like not buying them 😀

What keep me from smoking is the pain in my chest and low energy life is too short one life live it
