Quitting quickmist

Can someone tell me how they quit using Nicorette Quickmist. I am addicted to it.

Hello khatton, sounds like you're in a bit of a predicament! Can you give us a bit more information - How long since you last smoked? How long do you think you've been addicted to the quickmist? How often are you using it?

I have no experience of this product but I know a few people who felt they had become addicted to their e-cigarettes (my choice of quit aid).

If you put Quickmist into the search box there are lots of posts about the same problem. Looks like a lot of people have experienced this!

Welcome khatton - sadly, we have had several members post about being addicted to quickmist and also the inhalers.

Nozmo kindly posted links to the posts of some of these members. My advice would be stop the same way as you stopped smoking the cigarettes - we will be here to help you in whatever way we can.....
