4 weeks smoke free: Iv not been on for a... - No Smoking Day
4 weeks smoke free
Thatโs truly fantastic, going into 2018 smoke free , should bring a huge smile to your face, eating the whole content of your fridge, and thatโs just at tea time, happens to many quitters, but thatโs ok! So much healthier than smoking.
Diet can always come later
Well done to you, fantastic
You are doing good!
Don't stress about the weight. One thing at a time and quitting us the most important thing. Besides, your eating habits will return to normal at some point. You can lose the weight later on. ๐

Great to hear from you Amc86 and that you are plodding along nicely As everyone rightly advised, you can deal with any weight gain when you are further on and stronger in your smoke free journey, besides, t'was the season to eat and eat - can't wait for all the chocolates, pringles etc... to be gone ;P
