Thatโ€™s truly fantastic, going into 2018 smoke free , should bring a huge smile to your face, eating the whole content of your fridge, and thatโ€™s just at tea time, happens to many quitters, but thatโ€™s ok! So much healthier than smoking.

Diet can always come later

Well done to you, fantastic

You are doing good!

Don't stress about the weight. One thing at a time and quitting us the most important thing. Besides, your eating habits will return to normal at some point. You can lose the weight later on. ๐Ÿ˜

Great to hear from you Amc86 and that you are plodding along nicely :) As everyone rightly advised, you can deal with any weight gain when you are further on and stronger in your smoke free journey, besides, t'was the season to eat and eat - can't wait for all the chocolates, pringles etc... to be gone ;P

Congratulations AMC on your desition to live a healthier life !๐Ÿ‘

Your body is healing and metabolism is getting back to normal !

After that you will have an entire life to loose weight and maintain it ..for now your priority is to stay quit ..Good job ..Keep it up ๐Ÿ’ช
