Hi, I’ve been away for a while trying to regroup and work up to becoming smoke free again. I did actually manage 2 weeks cold turkey but after a number of relapses I quit trying. Today I decided to try again buy using patches and so far so good. Starting with 25 mg so I’ll carry on and post again later

Ah huge well done CiggieStardust - your badge is on its way :)

Just be careful with the patches and if using the spray as could overdose on the nicotine level intake - keep us posted and stay close to us.....

I am also using the patch. It has been two weeks and the side effects caused by the patch have worn off. My hardest days were 4 and 5. Good luck!
