9 Month's Smoke Free

I am proud to say I'm 9 months and 1 days smoke free I haven't picked up a cigarette wow!!!!!

The obstacles I had to overcome in these last nine months have been torture how I managed not to pick up a cigarette blows my mind...

Yes I am still using my vapor with 0 MGs of nicotine I do believe that this has helped me not smoke a cigarette. On multiple occasions when feeling like I was going to have a cigarette I just thought about putting in 1 two or three mg's in my vapor other times I felt like smoking but during those times I realized how hard I had to fight to be smoke free nicotine free so here I am today and I can proudly say I haven't had a smoke. I am so excited and looking forward to my 1 year coming up I worked my ass off for this and I will continue to do so everyday is a blessing!!!!
