I don't want to sound like a total minger but I am 11 days in and I Havnt been to the toilet in 5 days. I am now in serious discomfort. This is normal right??
Other than that I have been been getting on ok. Feeling a lot better than I have been with my anxiety and withdrawals.
How is everyone else getting on??

Hey Matt, yeah this is a complaint for some, not sure if it is the side affect from the patches or withdrawal, would recommend plenty of water, fruit(oranges) and green vegetables, if it doesn't improve or maybe even drop into your local chemist and see if there is anything they would recommend. Glad everything else is going ok for you
Thanks so much! How are you getting on with it? How long have you been don yhem etc ?

I quit cold turkey over 20 months ago, will be 2 years in September, was a bumpy road at times but never looked back, it will seem like a lifetime to get to where I am now but once you get your first month over you, time passes by very quickly, I promise
I think you're going to need a bit of help with that Matt, it's probably gone on a little too long. Get yourself to the chemist tomorrow and explain the situation. Been there...not pleasant at all.
Glad to hear other aspects are improving though...
Oof!!! Yup, had the same thing! Really, really uncomfortable!! I got to day 17 with just a few visits that weren't worth the effort, then boom! Back to normal. This is worth a read:
I upped my fluid intake, lots of pineapple, ginger, leafy greens and a bottle of wine 😂 (not saying that was a catalyst...)!
My son has extreme issues with constipation and has been hospitalised more than once so I had an idea what to do. I also read around and felt relieved I wasn't alone!
Well done for getting here!!! Worth having a chat with the pharmacist as People are saying here. Again, what an achievement, don't lose sight of that in your discomfort. I'm all on track again over a month into my quit so all good
