The last time I saw this forum it was run by the BHF, is this still the same one though? I spotted my username in a spam email, couldn't believe it, I thought it was long gone! It'll be five years quit for me in June it can be done, if you're starting out, it really can.

Hey AngryBear - great to read an update from you, wow, 5 years quit that is amazing, I will 2 years in September. Yeah, this is the same BLF community, it merged here with Healthunlocked early March last year. I am the admin here and definitely has been a few old timers lurking about but just can't think of them at the moment - do you remembers their usernames and could let you know if I recognise any of them?

Hey..... I've got an even lovelier new bike now...... all gloriously turquoise and shiny. I go everywhere on it sucking in huge delicious lung fulls of sweet fresh air. Quitting remains the single best and most proudest thing I EVER did for myself.
