Hard weekend

Day 5 - going well but I hid from the world this weekend lol I took myself away from bars and social gatherings because I wasn't sure if I was strong enough to resist so just eliminated the temptation. I knew the first weekend would be hard but I done it and now feel confident and positive going into a brand new week. 😊👍

That is normal. I didn't go into a bar for a month after I quit. And I avoided the place I bought cigs from for longer. Eventually you will feel comfortable not smoking while drinking or being among smokers.

Yeah definitely not strong enough yet cos I normally smoke like a chimney when I drink. But day by day getting stronger 💪
