I always believe, that for some reason, and I must say I don't know why, that weekends are my way of securing my quit, I think it maybe the potential to smoke, as weekends are, (if not working) the most free time we have, no rules, restrictions, no time keeping, A moment where our time is our own, I mean by that, we choose what to do, so for ever how many weekends I've quit, I always use a Saturday, mentally at least to take stock and approach the coming week with the same commitment to my quit as the last week.
What you up to this weekend??

Quiet one for me Tracey, cleaned the rabbits out, walked my mam's dog, been to the gym. Now watching my wife stripping paint off the banister with a hot air gun. Being a considerate husband I opened the window so the fumes don't get to her too much. She'll start giving me "that look" soon, and I'll have to help or my life won't be worth living 😀
Great that you use the weekend to recharge and prepare for the week ahead. You're doing great, keep it up.
Hey Tracey, yeah I remember for maybe the first 3 months of my quit, couldn't wait to get back to work as found the weekends very tough and got bored and thought of smoking a good bit. Thankfully I have adjusted to the weekends now!
We're having a very chilled out weekend, hubby is recovering remarkably well but gets tired quickly and unfortunately can't really go far. Huge weekend in our local town and Ireland as official 100 anniversary of 1916 Easter Rising, loads of events going on so will head into town for an hour or so later on....
