ive planned that i will be lower in vape by end of march weather be 3mg or 0 thats my next deadline ive made ive past point no return when smell people outside shops and smoke smells nasty just quick update

Treacle... you did so good so far.....Cogratulations! It seems that you are ready for the next step but please...Don't force it....!!! Time is a huge healer but allow time to heal...!

Yes, Nasty smell surrounding a smoker...so glad I do not carry that odour around any more !!!

Good for you treacle1965 to have a plan in place - like Hercu and Tracey said take your time with it and do it gradually. It is great though that you want to be nicotine free. Keep up the good work :)

I'm coming up to two weeks using Champix - it has been a rocky road at times but I see that no smoker light at the end of the tunnel and it is definitely getting brighter!

ive read to take it slowly so what ill do is go to 3 mg nic by end march then go to 0 on my birthday in may that give me a good birthday pressie im taking everyones advice and taking it slow xx

I would try 3mg first treacle...you may notice a big difference dropping straight down to 0% nicotine. You can tell that there's "something missing" when you first go onto 0%..

That's just my opinion and experience of course...
