Today makes 10 days a non smoker I can finally feel the difference in just cleaning and doing everyday chores that I have more energy!! Temptation wasn't so bad I've finally figured out what works for me as far as the patch goes!! I cut the 21mg into 4 pieces and one little square seems to be the trick!!!!

Routine is a struggle I've had to learn how to fill in the time I would smoke with some activity
