Hope all is going well in your quits, I indeed dropped off the wagon, but back stronger than ever, with a different attitude, and new found enthusiasm, a few weeks in and doing great.
Have been reading, and sooo wonderful, to be seeing people's posts.
Back for the long haul, as I've realised, I indeed need to feel part of a support group, to continue in my quit.
Had a three week holiday, with every one smoking, was I tempted, No No No.
So a big hello fro meππ

Great to read an update from you Tracey3 - you really want to beat Mr Nico and I know you can and SO DO YOU, you got rid of him for over a year previously, I think what is needed Tracey as you have said here on numerous occasions is that you need the support, so please, stay close to us at all times, post anything and anytime especially if struggling using the SOS post. You also are a pro at this and know what you have to do so will be strict on you
Looking forward to your updates, replies and really your unintentional humour back around here
PS Can you let me know your new quit date for your badges.
Tracey...Your last post before Christmas wished for a kind year for all and now I wish for you to be successful in this quit and be strong.....Stay close to us and use this forum as I did to keep going...Welcome back and strongs !!!!!
