At times, life is strained,in that we relate smoking will help. As we believe it relieves stress) not that I am liking that word, ( it's such a saddening word) torrid day work wise, but I,m hanging in,.... so beautiful to view the words of successful quitters, it Tuly helps .
I've indeed leaned, to succeed, in what ever we choose, is going to take a little determination, not to mention, a little selfishness , but I'm ok with that, just as long as I keep going. I will be ok.
Keep going every one.

Bit of fun here now, special badge for whoever gets it right, but have to promise not to google it, my name is spelt as gaelige (in Irish) and is not pronounced as it reads so post with it spelling of how you think the correct pronunciation of it is - alot of people even, Irish pronounce it wrong...(if you know it already don't give it away!)
Nice post Tracey3 - it will indeed take determination and selfishness to beat this addiction but quitting is so important that I think a little selfishness is ok. For at least a little while, your quit has to be the most important thing and you have to protect it and nurture it until you are comfortably a non-smoker. As long as you keep going you will get there!
RoisinO1 - I always read your name as "Rosheen" - no idea if that's right or not! Do I get a badge lol?
