I am at 7 weeks and have not had a puff..I want to be happy about this, but I still feel so sick most of the time.. I am still so nauseas and just don't feel well, I honestly feel like I am going to throw up all of the time.. Has any else felt this way for this long and if so what did you take??

Hi darlene12 , I'm sorry I can't relate to how your feeling but please just hang on, it has to get better. Peppermint has always worked well for me with nausea. Lots of options.. tea, mints, oil... you can also try the non drowsy gravol if it was really bad. Good luck, stay strong

Hey darlene12 , sorry to read a further update from you that you still are suffering from the nausea, did you go to your doctor to see what they might think is causing it - are you taking anything new in your diet since you quit and have you suffered prior to quitting with digestion problems as we tend to blame everything on giving up the smokes when there could be another unrelated underlying problem.

Hope you feel better soon :)
