Hi I’m now on day 42 of being a non smoker I no longer take champix as the side affects were making me ill. It is still a daily struggle not 2 cave 2 the cravings but I’m more then determined not 2 give I am loving the fact that I now have more money in my purse and can treat myself 2 stuff I would normally not have been able 2 and I feel better 4 it 😊

Hi Emma,

I am also on day 42, yay us! It's fantastic having more money isn't it?!? 😁

Have you had any side effects since coming off the champix? Did you go gradually or just stop? And lastly did your cravings get stronger once you came off it? Sorry for the inquisition I have just been worrying about this recently and am curious about how every one else got on.

Hope your cravings die off soon! 😀

Stay strong 💪

Hey Rachy741 - Hercu is the man to advice on what to expect when off the champix, definitely stock up on herbal supplements before you finish taking them, health food shop should be able to recommend :)

Well done! Don't cave in. I would keep some champix aside if you get a bad craving, it really does help.
