Although I have not chosen to be awake, at this most unusual hour, it's not unlike me to be awake, so the question presents its self to me, what to do, as I have to be ohhhhh so very quiet, its a starry night, very dark, with a certain silence, that's only ever noticeable late in the night.

Again I have not been disappointed in reading, many a post, some funny, some heartfelt, some just saying, indeed it's a hard day. But all, and I do mean all, have the same kind of inspiration, you only find in forums like this, and for me it just reinforces, the fact, that if we want to quit, with a little selfishness, by that I mean, a strong focuss. Bit of determination, a huge amount of support, if and when needed,,....... we can quit smoking.

So for tonight, I will read a little more, in that I will gain, a little strength, and motivation, just to keep going. And that I will.
